Memdone is a product of PT Fokus Biner Teknologi, a limited liability company incorporated in Indonesia. In these terms, “Memdone”, “we”, and “us” all refer to PT Fokus Biner Teknologi, which is the party you are contracting with.
These terms are the agreement between you and PT Fokus Biner Teknologi covering your use of the Memdone app and service. By creating an account or messaging Memdone, you accept them. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating a Memdone account, saving our number, or messaging the assistant, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, and you enter into an agreement with PT Fokus Biner Teknologi. If you use Memdone on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these terms on that organisation’s behalf.
2. The service
Memdone is a personal assistant service that helps you capture and recall reminders, todos, habits, and calendar events, through the web app and through the notification channels you connect, such as browser push, WhatsApp, and email. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time to improve the service.
3. Your account
You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials and device access secure. Please give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date if anything changes. Memdone is intended for users aged 16 and over.
4. Acceptable use
Use Memdone only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to store or share unlawful content, infringe the rights of others, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or abuse the messaging channels. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. Calendar integrations and third-party channels
Memdone lets you connect third-party calendars (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Microsoft Outlook) and additional notification channels such as Slack. Connecting these services is voluntary and you can disconnect at any time from the Connections page. Your use of those third-party services is also governed by each provider’s own terms. Memdone is not responsible for the availability of, or changes to, third-party services that are outside our control.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Memdone offers paid Basic and Pro plans. Plans renew automatically each month at the price then in effect until you cancel. Promotional pricing, such as a launch offer, applies only for the stated period, after which standard pricing applies.
6a. Fair use
Memdone is built for everyday personal use, so each plan carries fair-use limits. AI messages, meaning Memdone’s replies to your requests, are capped per month: 500 messages on Basic and 2,000 on Pro, with an additional daily cap to prevent abuse. Reminders and notifications do not count against the AI message cap, and these limits reset at the start of each month. You can keep up to 50 active reminders on Basic or 250 on Pro at any one time. If you reach the AI message or active reminder limit, Memdone will pause that action until the next period or until you remove some active reminders. After your subscription ends, your data stays readable (read-only) during a short grace period and is permanently deleted 30 days after your plan ends. We will email you, and message you on WhatsApp if it is connected, before that deletion happens.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew after that. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
8. Your content and our intellectual property
You keep all rights to whatever you save in Memdone. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service for you. The Memdone software, brand, and design remain the property of PT Fokus Biner Teknologi and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Service availability and disclaimers
We work to keep Memdone reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Memdone is not a system of record for safety-critical reminders, and we cannot guarantee that the service will run uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Memdone is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed reminders, lost data, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If something material changes, we will update the date above and notify you where appropriate. Continuing to use Memdone after an update means you accept the revised terms.
