Memdone is a product of PT Fokus Biner Teknologi, a limited liability company incorporated in Indonesia. In this policy, “Memdone”, “we”, and “us” all refer to PT Fokus Biner Teknologi, which is the party responsible for the personal data described below.
Memdone is a personal assistant service that helps you save things and remember them later. We know you are trusting us with information that matters, and we take that seriously. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights and choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We collect the details you give us when you sign up: your name, email address, and phone number. We also store the content you save yourself, such as reminders, todos, habits, and calendar events, along with basic usage and device information needed to keep the service running properly.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to run Memdone: to store and retrieve what you save, to send your reminders on time, to keep your channels and dashboard in sync, and to improve and secure the product. We do not use the personal content you save to build advertising profiles.
3. Message content on connected channels
When you message Memdone through a connected channel such as WhatsApp, we process that message in order to understand and carry out your request. Messages sent over WhatsApp travel through WhatsApp infrastructure and are subject to their terms in addition to this policy.
4. Calendar integrations and notification channels
If you connect Google Calendar, Apple Calendar (iCloud), or Microsoft Outlook, we access the events on those calendars to display them in Memdone and to sync them two ways if you turn that option on. Access tokens for these integrations are stored encrypted and used only to run the sync you asked for. You can disconnect at any time from the Connections page, and events that were already synced stay in Memdone as ordinary events. If you enable browser push notifications or Slack, we store the technical details required (such as your push subscription address or Slack bot token) solely to deliver reminders to the channels you chose.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers that help us run Memdone, such as secure cloud hosting, the WhatsApp messaging platform, calendar providers you connect yourself, and Slack if you enable it, under contracts that limit how they may use it, or where we are required to by law.
6. Data security
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, protected by access controls, and held on infrastructure from trusted providers. No system is perfect, but we work hard to keep everything you save secure.
7. Data storage and retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual items at any time, and if you close your account we will delete your personal data within a reasonable period, unless we are required to keep it to meet a legal obligation.
8. Your rights and choices
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us. That includes disconnecting a calendar or notification channel at any time from the Connections page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, which we honour.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If something material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Memdone after an update means you accept the revised policy.
